Terms & cancellation policy
Cancellation and missed appointments
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This gives South West Neuro Physiotherapy the best opportunity to offer the appointment time to someone else.
- Appointments cancelled or rearranged with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, South West Neuro Physiotherapy may charge a cancellation fee where it has not been possible to offer the appointment to another patient. Any charge will be proportionate to the loss caused by the late cancellation.
- If you are unable to attend because of illness, an emergency or circumstances outside your reasonable control, please contact South West Neuro Physiotherapy as soon as possible.
- If South West Neuro Physiotherapy needs to cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered where possible. If this is not suitable, any payment made for that appointment will be refunded.
